My turtle has done this before. Minnie is just under sudden stress. Not being fed and given water for a while has made her uncomfortable. You can get her some earth worms and some meal worms. A pyramid shaped shell is from lac of protien. Stop giving her commercial foods(pellets, logs, sticks) and give her only meat for a while. Leave her alone and don't touch her until you see that she has been eating regularly. It may take a few days, but she will eat and drink. Give her some time, give her some space. Bring her outside into a gry area with not a lot of people and pets. She can get bugs there. Just keep a watch out for her. She should be healthy again with these steps in about 1-2 weeks. Don't panic.

Its been 3 years and I went back to him, he wrote me a note stating there is no complications I have not been on any medications since, and that he has no reason to attest my excellent physical condition. i love it when we get details like this to work with,first off on the timing that it was reading it was a little off,if it was bad cylinder it wold stumble most of the time and also cause a bad hesitation in it,if the temperature sensor goes bad though it will send it back in to open loop mode on the computer and cause a lot of the problems your having on it also,and the one thing i didn't see was a temp reading on it,the readings your getting are more of one that's stuck in open loop mode and due to a bad temp sensor on it,and you wont always get a trouble code for a bad temp sensor on it,the temp sensor though will affect the timing and the other readings your getting off it,so check that and make sure its closed the loop for the computer before you run the test again on it,if its in open loop mode it wont give accurate readings like that,rescan it and see what happens to it,if it were me with that one id replace the map sensor on it and see what happens to it,and also check the temp sensor,that will cause more problems than you think on that truck,good luck on it.

I've been so sick lately, should I go to the doctor?

All last week I felt shaky, weak, and weird after I ate something. Then I woke up on Wednesday morning with a congested chest, then I was very sick all weekend with a chest cold. My Pleco Wont Clean My Tank?

I have had my baby Pleco for about a week now. Currently, it's in a growing out tank, so its not huge. I have both plastic and live plants plus two ornaments for my fish to hide. My pleco is in the company of 5 small goldfish. I have a build up of algae on the gl, and my Pleco is nowhere insight. I have already blocked off it's usual hiding place under the filter as I dont want it swimming up there and getting stuck. So it has a bridge and a log to hide in. But all it does is hide. I have a lilac bush right next to my bedroom window, and there are chickadees that sit in it and chirp loudly from 4:30 am to about 8 pm every day. I don't mind the birds at all when they are in my backyard (I have a feeder), but it's just the chickadees that make so much noise, and I'd like for them to hang out somewhere else. I know, I COULD just keep my window shut all summer, or get earplugs, but it's too hot, and who wants to wear earplugs all the time?? RP are nice because they can't kill your week with a bad start like a SP can, also they typically have lower ERA/WHIP an on top of that they play more games in a week. Sick and pregnant, please help!?

I can't go to the doc for a few weeks, but I am really sick and 7 weeks pregnant with what will hopefully be my first. I have an extremely runny nose (When I blow its thick yellowish green - sign of infection?), I'm congested, coughing up phlegm... it's really bad. I'm dealing with it and have been using saline for my nose, liquid Tylenol, drinking tons of OJ and eating good... but when I cough I have a ton of discharge that comes out. A five gallon tank would be great! However I recommend a 10 gallon;only because you can put live plants in a ten gallon to keep your betta happy! With live plants it will help the water quality and provide hiding places for you fish which is greatly needed. You can have artificial but these just are not as good. They can be scratchy and may irritate you fish.=( Also buy fun decorations,like things for your fish to swim through.=) As for the food you should really just pick one and stick with it. Any of those would be fine. So pick whichever you think your betta enjoys most. Clean the tank once a week,replace evaporated water,and keep the filters clean. Your betta's water needs to be between 68-78 degrees F. since Betta's are tropical fish. Also inspect your fish daily to make sure there are no health issues. You should be feeding your fish at least twice a week. The best thing to do is to feed it on Mondays,Thursdays,and Sundays. I hope no one of this sounded mean or pushy,Lol. The banging is caused by the boiler overheating. This can be because the pump is not working, or the thermistor on the flow valve needs replacing. if the Boiler overheats, it will shut itself down. Put one end of a scerwdriver to the pump and the other end to your ear then switch the boiler on, and listen if you can hear the pump start to spin. Thermistor is not expensive to replace.

I have the same exact hair as you! so maybe i can help =) what i do is if it is a humid day and theres no way i can tame it then i add a little gel to all my hair and let it dry a bit. then i put it in a side braid and let my bands and a little hair near my ears fall down to make it frame my face..if your hair is too short for that then i would just clip my bangs (if you have any, if not then just clip some of the hair near your forehead) to the left for right side and add a cute clip for just a bobby pin. you could also tie it half down and half up. mouss works best instead of gel because it makes it look more natural. another thing you could do is let all your hair down and clip the front peices like your bangs towards the back and create a little bump and it will look nice. i hope this helps =) goodluck!

Ball Python Question?

My ball python hasn't eaten in a month or so, is this a problem? Ive heard that they can be pickie eaters, but mine has always eaten up until now. What can i give my mare to help her gain weight quickly?

I have a 24 year old appaloosa mare that has been a particularly hard keeper for the past few years. Normally she'll loose weight during the summer but gain it back during the winter, however, this summer that hasn't happened and with only a few more months until winter comes I'm desperate to get as much weight on her as I can. She is currently getting about 13 pounds of pounds plus (which is ground up hay, corn and a little bit of sweet feed mixed together) and two pounds of Purina Ampliy (a rice bran pellet) and I also add about 3/4 cup of vegetable oil to her feed because she gets really bad diareaha if she gets too much. I also started adding a bit of salt to both of my horse's feed to stimulate drinking so they'll stay hydrated since its been so humid lately. She's normally had no problem finishing all the food but today she only ate about half of it and wouldn't eat the rest of it. Is there something else I can give her to help increase her appetite so she'll eat all her food? Or any other suggestions on what to do to help her gain more weight quickly? She probably needs to gain about 200-300 pounds in order to survive the winter, so any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

I am using my crock pot/slow cooker for the first time and the booklet says it works best if the crock pot is at least half full. I cut a medium onion in half and then in chunks, half a yellow pepper, half a red pepper, and half a green pepper. I am trying to make dinner for myself and three roommates. I am thawing four chicken -standard size. There are two in a pack (sorry it doesn't say the weight). My question is how much chicken broth should I add in the morning? Enough to cover the meat or should it just be an inch or so at the bottom? I was thinking it should cover the meat, but that would be A LOT of broth!
