Seriously,what would the Utopian America look like to Conservative Republicans?

It would like a country not run by a corrupt overbearing federal govt. It would have people of all cles and walks of life getting by without useless welfare and wasteful spending programs. In other words, it would look like a country founded on tradition and family values, where you get by wih hard work and not handouts.
