Can Fertility meds impact immune system?

I have been taking Provera and Clomid for the past 4 months with no luck, but I have never been more sick in my life! In the past 2 months I have had 2 sinus infections, an ear infection, and I now have bronchitis!! Do these meds lower your immunity to illnesses??!!
