He was born like you said with one eye as defect because of his parents by breeding him you could p on his bad genies and the puppies could have serious health problems. Alot of the health problems in pedigree dogs is due to interbreeding cause terrible problems in some puppies. Do the right responibile thing and get him neutered so he can't p on bad genies.
