Pro Bowl. Are there Steelers' and Packers' players playing? Isn't that a bit "risky" - so close to Super Bowl?

Any player from the Packers and Steelers who was originally selected to play in the Pro Bowl will not be playing in that game since they are participating in the Super Bowl. Their roster spots will be filled by alternates.
