Do dogs get worms from ingesting fruit flies or fruit fly larva?

A friend of mine told me that her dogs constants digs up her compost in search for fruits. But her compost is filled with fruit flies. So would the dogs get worms from ingesting the fruit flies or their eggs. And would these eggs hatch in their stomachs if swallowed?
