I'm going to be starting a new eating plan soon. I'm into weight lifting and I want to build alot of muscle, like a bodybuilder if you will. I'll be eating alot of meat such as canned tuna and boneless chicken and I'll be drinking a good bit of whey protein shakes. I've noticed that with this plan, I'll be ingesting alot of sodium, like around 4300mg. Is there a big danger to sodium levels that are this high?
