I wnat to buy a cpu in india plz read further 2 no more?

it should have 2 GB RAm 250 GB HDD graphics card intel core 2 duo processor and other esssentila features awhich a2day cpu is having i dont need a cd writer as i have one so wat will be its cost in india along with d cabinet and also if i buy a CPU of a company like dell then can it be adjusted in my embled computer as i hav one (monitor,mouse etc.)
