The chance of getting cancer, ever?

I can't find this specific statistic. Out of 1000 born people, how many will suffer from any kind of cancer (fatal or non-fatal) at any point of their lifetime? Or rather, how many of them will never get sick from cancer, ever. Also if this is different for men/women, different countries, etc, that would help. I know it depends on genes and nutrition and all that but I'd just like a general overview thanks.
