Men what is it that attracts you to a women, both physical and non physical?

Me, I love women of color especially browned skinned and black females. I just think that color is y, especially East Indian, Native, Black, and Latino women. Don't get me wrong white women are attractive too ie. Jessica Gardner, and Hilary Swank. I am not really into the blonde's. Anyhow, I am more interested in what a women has to offer more then looks. What I look for is charisma, smarts, strength, spunk, independence, grace, cl and the ability to have a intelligent conversation. I love women and respect them dearly. I was just wondering what other men look for.
