Xbox 360 Question. Better Model?

I am going to get an Xbox 360. I want the best hardware, though. I want to get one with the Jasper chipset, not falcon. Does anyone know which models or bundles come with the Jasper? I am thinking of getting the Spring Elite Bundle with Halo: ODST and Forza Motorsports. Is this a 2010 bundle or 2009? Should I even get a bundle or just the console?
