Tell me ,,is it true?
% body fat is only one indicator. Professional athletes can be even lower in body fat. It depends on your body, and how much you work out. If you have good muscle tone its not a problem. Skipping meals over snack though, is never a good idea. The more you fuel your body, the more healthy activivties you can do, the more you burn fat. Kinda like the circle of life. Stop eating and your brain slows your body down, less energy for activity, less muscle, more fat, then other problems. More food, more energy, better workouts, more fat burned, much healthier, MORE FUN LIVING HEALTHY. Eating good keeps you fit, just look at all those diets that fail. So, eat well, workout, and enjoy your life!! Works for me!!
