I need help with this girl and i dont really know what to do next!?

i have been hang out with this girl for two months now.shes single but not.idk but she likes me a lot and i have been spending time with her alot.. like ever day and she is getting her on place and said that she see me been there with her,at her place alot which she said it was a good thing.the guy she is kinda talking does live around here he goes to LSU so he doesnt really see her.she said that i make her forget abut him when im with her we have hooked up and slept together.she like me and shes never cheated on him before.she could of with other guy but she didnt but with me she said that i was diff. and she really was likeing me.im fall for her wut can i do? do i have a good change of winning her heart! and shes never had a guy open doors and stuff for her and im doing all that.
