What soccer shoes should i get?

the mercurials are awesome!!! if you are willing to pay 200-300 bucks to get the top of the line. I also play forward and I can't play unless I have a shoe that is tight!!! I use adidas tUNITS from 06, but I love them. I havn't tried any of the new tUNITS maybe give them a shot.
