Ball Python Question?

My ball python hasn't eaten in a month or so, is this a problem? Ive heard that they can be pickie eaters, but mine has always eaten up until now. He shows interest in it, he looks like hes about ready to strike but just sits there. And im feeding him PK mice and rats. I freeze them then thaw them by either letting them thaw out or putting them in hot water and drying them off. Am i doing something wrong?
