Will the Lakers overtake the Spurs and end the season with the NBA's best regular-season record, get number 1?

seed? Because with Tim Duncan now injured, and now Manu Ginobili, the Spurs have lost 3 straight games, and are looking to lose their 4th straight tonight because the Spurs can't afford to lose any of their Big Three players (Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili), I bet if they were like all the other Laker players(except for Andrew Bynum) they would be back playing already, because the Lakers seem to be blessed with healthy genetics, they are the least injury-prone team of all, and especially Kobe, he is the most physically tougest player ever, he heals miraculously, can play through any injury. Anyway, the Spurs record right now if 57-16, the best in the Western Conference and overall in the entire NBA, but thats looking to become 57-17 soon, and the Lakers are 53-20, and the Lakers have won 15 out 16 games since the All-Star Break.
