Sick and pregnant, please help!?

I can't go to the doc for a few weeks, but I am really sick and 7 weeks pregnant with what will hopefully be my first. I have an extremely runny nose (When I blow its thick yellowish green - sign of infection?), I'm congested, coughing up phlegm... it's really bad. I'm dealing with it and have been using saline for my nose, liquid Tylenol, drinking tons of OJ and eating good... but when I cough I have a ton of discharge that comes out. It's really scaring me because the last time I was pregnant I had a miscarriage right around this time and was also really sick like this. =( I'm terrified. What should I do? Any home remedy's to get rid of this NOW and let me know if the coughing and discharge is normal. Thanks so much for your help in advance.
